a delay in fulfillment, when your order has been dispatched a confirmation will be sent. Australia Post have advised there may be delays of 18-25 business days for delivery if shipped from Australia due to Covid-19.
Due to Covid-19, Australia Post are experiencing international delivery delays. For orders shipped from our Australian warehouse, please be advised delivery may take 18-25 business days from date of order dispatch. Please contact Customer Care if you have not received your order after 25 business days from receiving your order dispatch email. For orders shipped within NZ, please allow 3-7 business days for the successful delivery of your parcel by Standard Delivery, if over 7 days, please see ''How do I track my order?' OR 'I have a Missing / Lost Order'
You will receive a DISPATCH email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours before the tracking number is activated and assigned to your order.
We only offer Standard Delivery at this time. For Standard Delivery within NZ, the carrier will aim to deliver between 3-7 business days after your order has been placed. For Standard Delivery for orders shipped from our Australian warehouse, please be advised Australia Post is experiencing delays.
If there is no one at the delivery address, an 'attempted delivery' card will be left with the carrier’s contact details plus instructions for arranging an alternative delivery.
Standard delivery is a NZ $10 flat rate for all orders. However for a limited time, if your order total is NZ $50, or more standard delivery is FREE.
This website delivers to New Zealand only. For Australian and International deliveries, please select Australia & Other International Locations using the drop down in the top left hand corner of your desktop screen. Or within the menu on your mobile. Please note, when changing your delivery destination, you will lose the contents of your basket, and the currency will be in AUD.
We have a network of carriers to help ensure a prompt delivery. Our primary source of shipping is NZ Couriers. However, we also use other services in some instances. The carrier information for your specific order can be found on your 'Dispatch' email.
Yes, as a signature is required on delivery, please provide a physical address where you or someone else will be available to sign for your parcel.
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, an 'attempted delivery' card will be left with the carrier’s contact details plus instructions for arranging an alternative delivery.
Due to Covid-19 there could be a delay after your order has been dispatched. For orders shipping from Australia, Australia Post has advised there may be a delay of 18-25 business days. For orders shipping within NZ, there may be a delay of up to 10 business days. Please contact Customer Care if you have not received your order after 10 business days from receiving your order dispatch email.
In the unlikely event that you have waited over 21 days for your delivery please contact our customer care team to investigate. And rest assured that a full refund will be provided for any lost parcels.
