We're excited to announce that we have re-opened the majority of our stores with reduced trading hours. You can find your nearest store and its trading hours here. Rest assured, steps are being taken to provide a safe in-store shopping experience. Here’s how we’re doing our part to ensure the health of our customers and staff members:

  • Hand sanitiser will be present in all stores.
  • Regular cleaning of eftpos machines, change rooms and stores.
  • Contactless card-only payments (no cash or cheques).
  • Signage to support social distancing.
  • Our online store continues to operate as usual, offering both home delivery and Collect In Store (from select stores). We are also available in select David Jones and Ballantynes concession stores.

    Online Orders

    Our warehouse teams are strictly following Covid-19 safety guidelines and we are ensuring that once placed, your orders are ready to leave the warehouse within 2 business days. We have been advised by Australia Post of delays within their delivery network due to the increase in demand, a reduction in air freight capacity, and health and safety measures such as social distancing at their facilities. This could mean that your order can take up to 10 business days to be delivered after dispatch.

    Australia Post will no longer require signatures for contact-free delivery. Please be advised that express delivery is not available during this time.

    Please allow for up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered after you receive your order dispatch email. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience for the extended delivery times.  

    Concession stores

    Due to the size of David Jones and Ballantynes department stores, they comply with the current social distancing requirements and our Christchuch and Timaru concession stores will reopen from Thursday the 14th May. They are also strictly adhering to the Covid-19 safety guidelines. Please refer to David Jones and Ballantynes Website for more details.
